Who do you work with?

We specialize in serving service-based businesses with small teams. We work closely with Care Providers such as Therapists & Counselors, as well as Creatives such as Photographers & Web Designers. You will fit well, with both our simple done-for-you process and culture-led team. (We do serve clients in many other service industries as well, just ask.)

We do not work with : businesses with multiple owners, C Corps, Nonprofits, Retail, eCommerce, Real Estate Investors, Trucking, Full Service Restaurants & Bars or 280e businesses.

How much does bookkeeping cost per month?

We offer simple affordable pricing at fixed monthly fees, with no hidden charges or surprises.

What exactly is included in your service?

Every month we categorize all transactions, work with you on questions, reconcile your bank accounts, close your books, and deliver reports to your secure client dashboard. At year-end we provide completed tax ready reports for your tax preparer.

We also include unlimited support and use our own accounting software.

How long does it take to get started?

Most clients are up and running within one week of signing up.

Our streamlined onboarding process connects your bank accounts securely to our system, and we handle any catch-up work needed to get your books organized. You'll receive your first professional reports within 7-10 business days.

Do I have to use QuickBooks or specific software?

No. Whether you currently use QuickBooks or not, we can definitely work for you! Your days of struggling with accounting software are over; we do all that work for you behind the scenes using our own software. You can access business financials on a beautiful sleek Dashboard inside your custom client portal - no bookkeeping required.

Can my CPA or tax preparer access my financials?

Yes, you can easily add your CPA to your client portal, or simply download tax preparer reports in January.

This eliminates back-and-forth emails and ensures your tax preparer has accurate, completed tax ready financials to work with.

What if I'm behind on my bookkeeping?

We offer a 20% discount on Catch-up months to help eliminate your stress.

Don't let messy books keep you from getting the help you need. Most catch-up work is completed within a week of onboarding.

Do you work with businesses in my state?

Yes, we work in virtually every state (the only exception is Colorado).

Since we operate online, your location doesn't matter. We use secure, cloud-based systems to access your financial information and deliver reports through your client portal. Our clients love that they never have to schedule in-person meetings or drop off paperwork.

What if I have questions?

You can ask questions anytime through your client portal, and we respond quickly.

Your client portal isn't just for viewing reports - it's also your direct line to our team. Ask questions, request clarification, or get help understanding your financial information. We pride ourselves on responding quickly and explaining things in simple terms, not accounting jargon.

Will my books be ready for tax season?

Yes - you'll get a year-end report to send directly to your tax preparer.

We provide a complete year-end tax ready report that you can download and send to your tax preparer. We don't do tax preparation ourselves, but your CPA will love receiving properly categorized books instead of a shoebox of receipts.
